Full body

High energy class that will have you sweating, smiling and having fun! Recommended for all fitness levels. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two sessions are the same.

abs

Are you ready to feel the power and strength in your center? Get ready to strengthen your abs, your back, and your willpower! This class focuses on building stability through your core with challenging ab exercises. You'll sweat, maybe laugh a few times (hopefully not cry!) and feel stronger after just one session. All fitness levels welcome!

cardio abs

A dynamic class that incorporates an intense core and cardio workout. We will leave you sweating, pumped and ready to take on the world! Recommended for all fitness levels. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no sessions are the same. 

UPPER BODY ABS

Intense 45-min class working upper body and abs, obliques, lower back arms and upper body. A combination of floor and upper body choreographed to your favorite music.

Miami H.I.I.T

If you like the Heat, you'll love to burn calories by moving along crafted playlists. This class is a high volume (reps), low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness. Just be ready to work along the song and don’t stop until it finishes. Recommended for intermediate and advanced fitness levels. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same. 

BOOTY BUILDER

This class will creatively focus on exercises pertaining to your glutes, abs and legs. You will rethink the way you define fatigue and find new boundaries. Recommended for all fitness levels. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no sessions are the same.
